If you are coming from the south:   US-101 N

Take Exit *40* for *CA-12 S/Westlake Blvd*.
Turn *right* at *S. Westlake Blvd (use the right hand lane)*
Turn *right* at *Thousand Oaks Blvd (right turning lane)*
Make a *left turn at the first light* (*Promenade Way)*

There is a Horse statue/fountain on the right-hand side of the driveway.
Driveway gently curves to the left – the parking lot is immediately to your left after the curve.
*Suite #220* is located in the back left corner – just follow the red brick walkway.

If you are coming from the north US-101 S

Turn *left* at *S Westlake Blvd (use the middle lane)*
Turn *right* at *Thousand Oaks Blvd (right turning lane)*
Make a *left turn at the first light* (*Promenade Way)*
